How do I request a home visit appointment?

How much does a home visit appointment cost?

Our home visit appointments are completely FREE and no cost will be added to the product when bought.

How long does a home visit appointment take?

This of course depends on how extensive your requirements are, but on average our home visits take around 30-45 minutes. This gives us ample time to carry out measurements, discuss your needs and provide advice on blind styles.

Can I cancel my home visit appointment?

Installation

Do you provide an installation service?

After we’ve met with you to discuss your needs and carry out measurements, our professional installation team will come to your home at a convenient time to fit your blinds at no extra cost. During this time they will also advise you in the operation and maintenance of the blinds if necessary, particularly in the case of motorised blinds.

After I’ve placed an order, how long will it be until installation?

We aim to carry out installs as soon as possible after you make your order and will arrange a convenient time for our installation team to visit your home.

How long does installation take?

This varies depending upon the size and type of order you have placed. You will be provided with an approximate timeframe at the home visit appointment stage.
